Saturday was a quick out and about during quick naptime before the 5yo birthday party so I boogied down to sugarhouse park and ran some hot (ok more like lukewarm) laps around the park in the “b” race wheels (vittoria mastercross on mach2cd rims).
Sun was a run down pipeline in millcreek ridden from the house [...]

So I got an early start because I had to go to a school function by 7.
But turns out the wind was cooperating as coming back to the car from registration, the wind meter wasn’t even spinning!

After a week of Tabatas and a TT, the dirt was calling…
Two days in Millcreek. Sat a quick run up the road and down pipeline. Sun was intro day for our friends from NYC. Rode Big water up to the Canyons overlook.
All in all a great two days of riding.

Graph pretty much says it all… Overcooked the first one, and paid heavily for it the rest.
Got a little more tha 1 more than yesterday done. Guess I should shoot for another tomorrow. Looks good for SaltAir babysitter-wise, so I guess I have to do Tabata Day 4 in the morning, eh?
