Just a reminder: each week and each day is a chance to start fresh on your training plan, your diet, your relationships, your life. Don’t let last year’s, or last week’s, or yesterday’s screwups own you today. Let ‘em go and ride today’s ride.
Awesome.

Usually you race your strengths, train your weaknesses.
Saturday I raced my strengths and did well.
Today I trained them.

D2 Shoe Appreciation Day
(at least at our household)…
The finest things I have ever slipped onto my feet.
I cannot wait to use them for more than walking in the carpeted basement.
Thanks Don!

Road season is upon me.
How can I tell? Tonight in an unplanned adventure, the CX bike, and three sets of wheels were stripped of cassettes (11-23, 11-25 and 11-25) and duly sent to the basement for the remainder of the season until September, that is.
Cassettes cleaned and one 11-25 found it’s way to the 202s. [...]
